Solved! My Acer laptop has black scree

When I try to turn on my laptop, it has black screen and the mouse cursor is only you can see. How to fix this?

Hi,

Try pressing Win+R then type in "Explorer.exe"

if that doesn't work follow below

Does pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del bring up the windows account menu?

If so open task manager and then select 'File' and then press 'run'. If you've made it this far you then need to type 'Explorer.exe' into the run command box.

Please post back with the results.
