I have so many problems encountered in my laptop for a 2 years old laptop. At first, the keyboard isn’t functioning, so I use a keyboard that can be plugged in to usb and then now my problem is the laptop won’t turn on. I charged it and there was a red light after no. of hours it became blue and still my laptop won’t open. What should i do? Please help me. Thanks a lot ?

Could be a motherboard issue. Did the keyboard just stop working or did something happen to the system like a spill or drop?

If it's in warranty, contact Acer support. If not in warranty, remove the battery, open the system and remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard if there is one, hold in the power button for about 30 seconds. Plug in wall power only and see if it turns on. If it does, put back the batteries and see if it turns on normally.
