Solved! my android box remote doesnot type letter, it types number only.

I have android box scishion v88 mini 4k its remote have letter with number but remote doesn't type letter

For letters you have to first press the mode key marked 1/A/a on the bottom row.

Pressing that key once should change the alphanumeric keys to alphabet mode.
