My android locked me out. i dont wanna delete everything on my phone! :(

i never knew i could even get locked out that fast and that long i mean a 3 year old got ahold of my phone for like 15 min and BAM i was locked out! locks suck!!! locked out of my phone and tmobile cant do anything but delete everything but i have pics of my gram and of pics i took on trips that i really dont wanna delete witch isnt saved on my card. isnt there google help or somthing idk i just really dont wanna delete anything Please help!?!??

Sorry but we don'y provide any unlocking help here and it's against the forum rules to be asking for that kid of help. We cannot verify your Id or thar you even own the device your refering to. You best option is to try searching the web for a solution and it's very diffacult to understand why Tmobile can't help you. Transfer the pictures to a computer and then you can have Tmobile reset your phone.
