My android phone wont turn on

It froze up yesterday and I removed the battery and now when I turn it on all I get is the Motorola symbol

enter to ClockWorkMod and click on Wipe data and factory reset than reboot your device.

some app was having problems and a warning kept popping up soo i turned off my andriod and now when i turn it back all thats on the screen is android, ikt hasn't moved at all
