My android tablet shut off and now it wont turn on again. what do i do?

My android tablet shut off after updating and will no restart. what do I do.

Does it show anything when charging? Try this:
*Put it on charger and hold down power button for 20 sec
*Plug it out (charger)
*Hold Power button for 20 seconds

I ended up se ding it back to at&the for a replacement
