My Aspire cloudbook 14 will not perform a factory reset

I get error message that it cannot complete. What can I do?

You will need a disk or thumb drive with the files to do the restore.

Same problem here, it keeps looping the ACER logo and when I try to restore it keeps throwing up errors.
