My Audio controller is not starting (code 10) also my realtek hd audio manager gone

Yesterday all of sudden after sitting down on my pc i discovered i had no sound (red cross mark under the icon) ,when i took a look at my device manager i saw my audio controller cannot start and my realtek hd audio manager is just gone , i have tried many fixes like deleting the drivers completely and scanning and also reinstalling windows(it was not a clean install because i have some important files on my desktop).

I don't know if it's related but at the same time my desktop isn't fully shutting down like the rgb and fans stay on after i click shutdown on windows and the screen turns off.

Nvm guys i fixed the problem.
You see, after exausting all kinds of software related troubleshooting i opened up my case took everything apart and cleaned everything thoroughly (gpu , cpu fan , mobo etc.).Then booted up and i have sound again , although the realtek hd audio is still missing but honestly i don't give a damn as long as i have sound.
