I came home today to find that my 42" Vizio HDTV has no sound. I only us it for my Xbox One and Xbox 360 (I use netflix for tv) which are both plugged in via hdmi.
I checked both xbox's and even plugged in my laptop to check to see if it was my tv or xbox one. There was no audio in all 3 when plugged into the tv. I plugged in a set of speakers and they played audio, but you could barely hear it when the volume was at max.
I have unplugged everything and left it alone for 10 minutes and plugged it back in and that did not help. Is there something I'm missing? I've also factory reset, which also did not help.
Update: I unplugged everything from the TV for about 30 minutes, then plugged everything back in and turn it on and it started to play audio for about 3 minutes and it went back out in the middle of a youtube video I used to test it. If I could just find a work around that would be great too, via headphones, speakers, etc.
