my battery, changed.

i gave someone my laptop to update my softwares but i realized my battery does not last for as long as it used to. how do i check this?

I hope you gave them the power cord as well. The average life span of a laptop battery is about 2 years under normal use. The battery will charge to 100%, but the actual usage time will continue to diminish. Consider replacing it, or be prepared to tether yourself to an outlet
