Solved! My chrome app will not open

When I tap my chrome icon to open nothing happens just looks like it's loading.

Try shutting down your device, then restart it. If no better, try re-installing it rom the Play store.

I often had issues with Chrome (slow to start, slow to load pages) so I disabled it & installed Firefox, this starts almost instantly & loads pages a lot faster.
