I am using a Lenovo 15IBD 80N6, which has the following specs:

Intel Core i5 5200U
NVIDIA 940M
8GB Ram
1TB HDD

And the problem is even with low requirement games like GTA San Andras or League of Legends, the computer just randomly get lag at some point after playing, then it's back to normal and then drop fps again. The funny thing is when I check Task manager everything is perfectly fine and my windows and other tasks are running smoothly

I have read others thread and try many kind of solution like: Update GPU drivers, reinstall Windows, but non work with me.

Also, After play League of Legends my computer heat is about 70*C, is that high? I don't know if my computer is overheating or not?

Please help! :( I am clueless about this!

I run the game alone. But I realize that I have been tortured my PC for a whole year, which cause the overheating at some point, make the CPU speed throttle from 2.20GHz to 0.4GHZ. Do you know how to fix this?
