My computer only has display when charging

Hi, I have a Asus Flip 15.6-Inch 2-in-1 Touchscreen Convertible Laptop or Tablet that has display only while charging. I have tried draining the battery, restarting it and everything else best to my ability. Does anyone have help for this situation?

Try going into "Control Panel" and then "Power Options". Click on "Change plan settings" next to the plan you are using, and then click on "Change advanced power settings". Now check through the options here (focus on the display and sleep settings especially) and make sure all are set correctly for you. Once you are done, click "Apply" and then click "OK".
