find a small hole usually just to the right of the eject button, use a straightened paper clip to insert into that hole & push in. the tray will pop out part way & you pull it out the rest of the way.
Hi, simple answer, push the button on the front of the dvd drive. Another answer, what are the make and model of laptop do you have? Maybe your laptop doesn't have a dvd drive.
