My Facebook account was locked on 27/06/2018, its three weeks now but am no getting any answer, what can I do?

Hello ,my name is George Kasibante, my Facebook account, I was asked my photo and I sent it was locked on 27/06/2018 and now its 3 weeks my account is not been unlock. What can I do please

How can I contact them because I have been sending them emails but they are replying, do you know any way I can contact them? Please help me because I use my account to contact people who are supporting needy people in Ugand

You have no other option than to resolve with Facebook. We have no control over their system at all. Just keep trying to contact them.
