my flat screen has a scratch across the whole t.v. Is there anything I can use to fix it myself?

the only thing you could do is get a new panel if you could find one .

That's going to depend on how deep the scratch is. You can google repairing minute scratches. Anything overly deep is probably going to need to be replaced.
