My gta 4 episodes from liberty city is not launching when i make the profile in amd graphics software settings

Hello sir/ mam
I havr dell inspiron 5559 laptop
Amd graphics plus intel 520 graphics
I play gta 4 eflc but it is lagging but when i opened amd graphics setting software and make game profile to run game more smoothly it launches but doesn't opens any game it and start endless loading.

How to solve this problem .

its hard to get fix for this kind of game, old gta games like gta 4 especially have bunch of problem that randomly encounter the user/player and sometimes kinda impossible to fix because the game itself were bad improved and pretty much abandoned by the developer itself now. since amd driver is also kinda lacking of stability its hard see what actually the real problem is. can you tell me the full specs of your laptop?
