My hard drive locked somehow

I have a dell notebook and one day I turned iat on and was required to enter a password for my internal hard drive. I have never set this up before. I have tried everything. I can't even use my windows disk to restart or press f8 to go into safe mode. Any solutions?

BIOS passwords don't just set themselves. Someone tampered with your PC. Best way to beat this is to find out who and ask them what it is.
