My headset isn't working.

It's a RIG400HS the volume works fine, but the mic piece won't pick up my voice, is it broken and have to get a new one or can I fix it some how?

You have probably checked this, but make sure that the mic is enabled/not muted. I thought that my mic was broken on my headset, until I realized I had it turned off the whole time!
