my huawei 530 can't save picture songs etc to internal storage why?

Well that device has very little internal storage. Only 4GB (https/www.gsmarena.com/huawei_ascend_y530-6103.php) and the phone's OS will use up a lot of that.

You may want to consider adding an SD card for things other than apps, like photos, music, etc. This would keep the phones storage as clear as possible.
