My iPhone won't let me watch videos

My iPhone won't let me watch a video of any type YouTube Instagram Google and my apps too I've tried to delete them all and downlod them again but still nothing what do you think I should do has this happened to anyone else before

Well you need to elaborate a bit more than this... post some screenshots
As for instant troubleshooting try doing a "Hard Reset"
Hard Reset: Press and hold home and power buttons till the screen goes off(the phone switches off)... then press the power button again to switch it on... See if this resolves the issue

This happens to me all the time. Social media doesnt work well on my iPhone 7. I power off and on and that seems to work for a short time. If I use my old iPad mini it works fine. I hope someone comes up with a resolution besides turning off your phone or clearing the cache.

This has happened to me many times, I usually have to delete the app for 24 hours and then power off and on my phone... so annoying!

This happened to me as well. I usually just close out the app and then re-open it and then the video plays. Pay attention to yur wifi connection as well, if you have a weak connection it wont play the video.
