My laptop (Acer aspire ES 14) screen is white

I was just printing something then my laptop screen turned white. it displays that it has low memory storage often

Can you tell us the exact error message? Memory and storage are not synonymous.

Is the screen still white after rebooting the computer? (If yes, could be a faulty screen or a bad video chip; either would require hardware replacement.)
