My laptop battery doesn't work in charging.

My laptop battery does not work while charging.whenever i connect charger it automatically turn off and doesnt work.when i remove battery and connect charger it work perfectly without battery.what should i do please guide me!!!!

Sounds like it hasn't got long to live. How long does the laptop run after a complete charge?

Go into Control Panel>Device Manage and uninstall both items under the Battery entry and restart the machine. Sometimes they cause more confusion than if they didn't exist.
