my laptop battery gets full when I charge it but it becomes 0 when i plug out

my laptop mark is Toshiba window 8 energy star it is new but the battery is not working now unless online charge

Sounds like a faulty battery. Contact Toshiba about possible battery replacement under warranty. However, you may find the battery is not covered by the warranty, I honestly don't know whether it is or not.
