Question My laptop cannot connect to wifi.

Mine and my partners laptop will not connect to the wifi via our laptops, they both work via LAN. I've tried roobting and reseting, not an expert tho, any ideas ?
With Virgin Media and have a super hub.

Have you got another device you can try to connect to wifi - smartphone, etc.? If nothing will connect, suspect the Virgin box. Power it off and back on. If that doesn't work, see if wireless on the VM box has been turned off and then ring VM on 150 from your landline.

We dont have a landline to phone them sadly. It does connect to smartphones, tablets etc, but my laptop works on other wifis, just not this address.
