My laptop doesnt allow me to type one letter 2 times after eachother

Eg.if i type the word LETTER my laptop only alow me to type the first T and then when i press T again it wont function pls help

try this

In the Control Panel > Accessibility Options, turn off FilterKeys. Also
click the Settings button and uncheck the box for "Use shortcut" so you
don't accidentally turn it on again.
