My laptop doesn't start...it shows the windows 10 loading screen (like when it starts) then it says 'please wait' and then it's written something in russian. Then my screen turns blue and on the top is written another thing in russian and i have to choose between 2 things. I pressed tle one that was a brighter blue and then it shows me 3 tabs. Two of them are just restarting and shuting down my laptop and the third one has a sort of 'settings' icon and when i press it it gives me another two icons: one shuts down and anoter comes back to the start screen and it says another thing in russian and it's loading. (In 15 it was like 8℅). What should I do? (Sorry for my english). Please help.

Have you installed any new software? Programs, utilities, updates - anything at all?

Do you have a Windows 10 recovery disc?

My suggestion is (since you do appear to have internet access) is to copy down the Russian words and use an online translator to either your native language or English. Do both to be sure.

Figure what the screens and tabs are presenting as choices to you. Once that is understood we will all be in a better position to help.

The screen/tab pattern almost seems like one of the Windows recovery tools. Do not remember the details per se.

However, figuring out and knowing what the tab choices all are will be the first step.

Thank you very much, but i've been to a specialist and it says that my video card is burnt. I'll just buy a new laptop because this one is also old. But thanks for the solution :))))
