Sounds like you may have something on the device that is messing with you, or your keyboard is the issue.

Try connecting an external keyboard and see if the same problem occurs. If it doesn't, then the problem is the attached keyboard. If it does, then you may well have a virus, malware, bad program, etc. in the laptop that is causing the issue. That won't get fixed until the offending item is removed.

simple virus or you may of had special software installed behind you back
