Question My laptop HP G72 intel core i3 hibernates

My laptop HP G72 intel core i3 hibernates anytime I want to start work, fan is working

Thank you so much. When I boot it, to even use to to surf net, microsoft word, coreldraw or just going through my system playing music, it will behave as if it's over heated and hibernates. It has been happening consistently but the fan is working.

The battery is okay... Just that I've never checked the temperature at that point

You would need to install a program that will monitor them. There are a few out there. Some are...

SpeedFan, HWMonitor, Core Temp, Open Hardware Monitor, etc. Just will have to try and see which one works for you. Some don't work on some laptos so it can be hit or miss.

I would really suggest you have it looked at. Either by the manufacturer (if it is under warranty) or by a local tech.
