my laptop is connected to a mouse, and when i unplug it, my mouse pad doesn't work.

I'm really pissed off.
Because my stupid mouse will barely work when I connect it to my laptop,
but when i unplug the damn thing, and try the mousepad,
It does not work, at all.

Check your trackpad settings in Windows (Control Panel -> Mouse). If you have the driver software for the touchpad available there, look for a feature that says "Disable when external USB pointing device plug in." Uncheck that box.

Also, if your laptop has hotkeys to disable the touchpad, use this to see if you can toggle the touchpad back on.
