My laptop Samsung RV411is not charging at all I mean it's shut down and not charging now.It has been five years since I bought it.Can I hope for a solution?

Test the power cord to see if it is good. Either try your cord in another device, or try another devices cord in your laptop.

Should that not be the problem, then check the battery to see if it needs replacing. They don't last forever.

NOTE: While the battery may be complicated to get to, it should be replaceable.
