My laptop says error and won't tell me anything.

■ Every time I go to open iTunes it says disk error but I can open certain things and majority of stuff won't open.

Hi,

Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall itunes already and those other software that won't work as well?
- Start by doing a virus/malware scan that may help.

- Once done run Windows Updates as well, install all available updates.
- Next is to uninstall/reinstall those software that will not work.
- If all these will not work the only solution would be to run a clean install of Windows.

Is this only in iTunes, no other program has issues? Any odd sounds coming from the hard drive? Try doing a defrag and a scan disk on the hard drive see if that helps with iTunes.
