My laptop turn on for a split second and immediately turn off

So I suspended my laptop before I went to bed,in the next morning the laptop was power off and I tried to power it on but the lights on keyboard comes on and fan kicks at full speed and 2 secs late the laptop power off.

Try turning on with the charger plugged in.
