My laptop WIFI slow when it was not charged

My laptop wifi is slow when my laptop not charging. I have tested ping to "google.com" and I got reply 150 ~ 1000+ ms.

But when I charging the laptop, the ping is stable I got 10-50+ms.

What is the problem

I would guess that there is power management going on when on battery. You could try the Preformance power profile. You could also check the WIFI device in the device manager to see if there are any power management settings.

I checked, and I see this "Allow computer to turn off this device to save power", still doesn't work.

There is two checklist :
1. [v] Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
2. [ ] Allow this device to wake the computer.

I tried it all. But there's no change. Or I need to restart after making a changes

I too have this issue but on the ideapas 720s. Did you find a solution?
