My Laptop won't charge!!?

I recently got a new laptop from Samsung, I live in Egypt so most of the go to the store and blah blah doesn't work.. bc there is no store, I got it from another country. anyways, It charges until 80% and stops, also the charger has to be twisted for it to charge until 80. what the hell is happening?! this has been going on for a week now.

What is the model number of the laptop? Is the battery removable?

what do you mean by "twisted"? as it is a new laptop so still under warranty then send it back to get replaced.
