Hello there! I need help with my acer aspire R 11. I reset my laptop to its factory setting because my laptop was slow. After resetting, when I turn it on, it pops out the "acer" word and there's no the loading circle on the bottom also it won't go to the home page. The Screen keeps on blanking to black then to acer then to black. I tried every method and it still not work. Anyone know the problem why?

This most likely isn't a software (Windows 8/8.1/10) issue, and here is why:
1. If it were an issue, you would receive a blue screen (not a stop error) with the word Recovery at the top, and it would say what file was missing preventing the OS from booting.

2. No automatic repair

3. No BSOD

4. The files that let Windows boot are on a different 'partition' (part of the hard drive) then Windows, so even if Windows was shot, the PC would still react to a boot attempt

That being said, it's most likely a hardware issue. Can you get into your BIOS? (Try F2, F10 or ESC. Look up your pc model for the exact key), and boot off another drive (USB drive with Windows Setup, etc?)
