My laptop won't on

My laptop won't turn on for some reason but the orange charging light is on but when I press the power button it won't turn on no blue lights and yes it is charged full please help!

Make and model please.

Remove the battery,
remove the power adapter
reinstall the power adapter
turn on without the battery

what happens

Nothing happened and it's a Acer i don't know what model.
