my laptop wont play games

the screen turns black i hear the sound only when i open the game on my dell inspiron N5110 it has windows 10..what must i do?

First you need to list full system specs, and what game? You said "games", which ones have you tried? Does you exact laptop have a discrete video card or only the Intel HD video? Did you make sure the laptop met the game requirements?
