My laptop won't show the desktop even after I clicked enter

Help me. I have submission next week and my laptop is driving me crazy. Appreciate if anyone could help me with this problem. The model is Lenovo ideapad310-14lKB. I turn it on but it only shows me the image that appear when you turn it on after it sleep. Could not press enter and all

If the system won't do anything after being in sleep mode, just hold in the power button till it shuts off fully, should be about 10 seconds and turn it on again.
