Question My left side headset is more quiter than my right

Yesterday,I buy some gaming headset and that's our local brand product.Tommorow,I accidentally plug my headset to my Brother PC (without splitter) now,the sound on my left side is more lower than my right,even I plug to my laptop back.But my left side is more larger room than my right.Please Help!

Yes,I adjust the balance from sound properties (or Control Panel).All volume on same.
Might be
