my lenovo ideapad s300 wont open and also not charging..after collapsed. pls answer guys i really need my laptop for my study.

Im a student ,.

I am worried because i have a lot of projects needs yo be done.. My lenovo ideapad s300 color pink. Was collapsed yesterday and now cant able to use ,because no display,,power supply not working and wont turn on. As in dead!!! Pls help me guys..... I love lenovo,

Hi,

Do a hard reset first, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Plug just the AC adapter first then boot the laptop up. If these doesn't work try another available AC adapter just to test weather it's the AC adapter or the motherboard is dead. If it works with another AC adapter you know your suspect but if it doesn't you may need to contact Lenovo Support for a repair if it's still under the factory warranty.
