My Lenovo laptop is Preparing Automatic Repair. It's been doing nearly 48 hours now. Nothing is happening and I'm worried it's broke. I've not had it long. Please can you help.

Try giving a read of info posted on the following link, more than one solution, i suggest you read carefully the entire thread a couple of times :

Then its probably under warranty, why not send it back or get a lenovo tech on the line.
