My Lenovo Tab3 7 Essential So. No. HA0N9F2H .I CAN'T CONNECT TO THE WI-FI .When it is connected it only lasted for 10second

I can't connect to Wi-Fi in my Lenovo Tab3 7 Essential. SL. NO. HA0N9F2H. please give me the solution.
 
1. Try and restart the tablet. Sometimes it is that simple.

2. Update the firmware and any apps that need updating on the tablet.

3. If the problem persists, check your time and date on the tablet to make sure it is correct.

4. Should none of the former work...
a. Clear out the WiFi data on the tablet.
b. Reboot the modem/router.
c. Once the modem/router is fully 'up' again, reboot the tablet and re-input the WiFi data.

5. Now, if you are still having the problem at this point, and you are sure it isn't the modem/router that is the problem. Then you may wish to try a "Hard Reset" of the device. However, I really suggest saving this as a last option (or last before parts repair/replacement).

NOTE: Doing this will clear 'all' the data on your tablet, so it is suggested you not choose this option unless you have to, or aren't worried about losing anything on the device.

Be sure you back up any data you want to keep, to a computer or cloud account, before doing the reset.


To "Hard Reset" the tablet...

1. Make sure that the tablet is actually powered off.

2. Press the "Power" and the "Volume Up" buttons, together, until you see the start-up logo on the screen.

3. Once you can see the logo, release the buttons and allow the device to enter the "System Recovery Mode".

4. Next use "Volume Down" button to get to the "wipe data/factory reset" option When in recovery mode the "Volume Up" and "Volume Down" buttons are how to can navigate and highlight what option you need.

5. Once you have selected the "wipe data/factory reset", press the "Power" button to select that option.

6. On the following screen, repeatedly press the "Volume Down" button until the "Yes - delete all user data" option is what is selected.

7. Then press the "Power" button to hard reset the tablet.

****Hey all, seems the Lenovo not liking WEP security holds some water.****

I just got a new Lenovo laptop ideapad, and after trying dozens of solutions (almost anything you can think of, .,.I simply followed your advice and changed my home routers security to WPA2. All my other devices had to reconnect again,

BUT....This is the ****only**** solution that immediately fixed my problem. Thanks again guys for the idea, I had already tried almost every other method under the sun before this one fixed my problem 100% and in under 2 minutes. Hope this post helps other Lenovo, or unlucky, users to fix a seemingly unsurmountable problem...

Go to settings and click on wi fi option than press scan for new devices and you will be able to find the wifi spot , also check if the available wifi spot is password protected or not , if it is password protected you will not be able to connect to wifi spot if entered wrong password..if this fails than go to device and check system update whether your Tablet is being system updated or not, if everything fails take it to the service centre.

I would suggest to check your Tablet in front of you only
