My Lenovo ThinkPad laptop wear level is 98.5%..whether I need to replace the battery??

I have brought this laptop by last 6 months before but ...but most of the time I over charged it. Battery starts swelling..now battery wear level is 98.5%..what to do??

If the battery have started to swollen, get rid of that thing. It's just a matter of time before that thing will explode on you.

What does it mean battery wear level??98.5%
 


The wear level is how much battery charge you've shaved off the lithium-ion battery. The 98.5% tells you that you only have 1.5% of your designed capacity available to be charged. The rest of the battery cells have died and aren't working.
 
If the battery has any physical damage or show signs of swelling bit it as soon as possible you risk fire and explosion
