Question My Lenovo Thinkpad p53 JUST came in the mail so it is completely new but I keep getting the Incorrect AC adapter is attached message

I've already check if it was the Airplane Mode problem but it's all disabled and off so I'm not sure what I should do

If this is brand new and giving you problems I would contact the company you purchased it from. A new device should never give you problems and that is odd for it to do. Sounds a lot like either the device isn't actually new (refurbished?) or the company you got it through included parts that are not OEM.

Contact them and get them to send you a working device.
