My LG TV doesn't have buttons

I lost the remote for my TV and it turns on when I plug it in but is stuck on a different input. There's no physical button on my TV to change it.

Please help!

There are only two options, as I see it: Buy a universal remote or see if your phone has a remote built in (LG and Samsung both do, as far as I know)

We use LG TVs here at work and I've used my LG G5 and my V20 as well as some no-name universal successfully.
