My moto g2 fell on water .I took it out but touch is not working .What do I need to do? Please help

Water damage usually means need a new phone. You can try replacing the screen but there may be damage aside from just the screen once you do that. Basically you are rolling the dice, you buy a screen, it works, you are set. You buy a screen it does not work, need a new phone probably so you just wasted money on the screen.
