~Check Device Manager and ensure that the drivers are correct or if they are missing download the correct one
~I know Toshiba Satellite's technically don't have drivers available on there website for some specific models but W10 is great when it comes to "generic" drivers.
~It's possible to attempt this (may not work for you) Windows Key + R --> CMD --> Ipconfig /release --> ipconfig /renew

So your laptop won't connect to your WiFi but your HP laptop, a tablet and two smart phones without a problem?

Not sure quite if yours is the same problem as mine .
I was unable suddenly to connect on my Toshiba lap top to the Internet to a wifi hotspot provided via my apple iPhone
Learned that my problem was solved by fling to my iPhone ; to Settings/General/About
There a name there : retype that (mine was simply: iPhone ! Then press DONE
Return to laptop and try again to reconnect to Internet . You will get a password prompt
Enter wifi hotspot password ( on your phone ) and enter . Internet should now connect
