My New Laptop Problems

Hi, I'm using a lenovo v510 i5, 4g ram, 1TB of memory, Windows 10, and i think it has and intel graphics card preinstalled. My problems with it are that i have 6 months since I bought it and it freezes and lags so much. when i turn it on it takes so much time to boot up and when it boots up, i can't easily open something because it lags so much and after 5 to 10 mins it starts to work better but not fast. please help me!!

5-10 minutes is a really long time. What all have you installed over the laptop?
Maybe try to flush out the unwanted apps that you never use. If you have any antivirus make sure it's updated.
If you take it to the service center most of the time they will suggest you to reset it.

I hope you get this resolved and when that does create a restore point so that if that happens in near future you can get back to that point easily.

Also try going for SSD and increase ram 4gb inst sufficient now a days.
