Solved! my next book is stuck on the lscreen before turning completely on

It has three logo screens and it is stuck on the third on. I've tried the safe mode and all types of resetting.

If it won't turn on (from being off) into "Safe Mode" and won't allow for a "Hard Reset", again starting from being off, then it sounds like you are going to need to have it looked at.

If under warranty, contact the manufacturer. If not, try a local tech.
